• All setup materials are provided on a rental basis, except balloons. Rental items will be collected from the event location the following day
• Same-Day Bookings: A surge fee will apply for bookings made on the same day.

• Some additional items may not be available for instant bookings. Please call us to confirm availability.
• Please ensure the nearest power source or extension board is available to supply electricity.

• Tool and Ladder to be provided by the Client
• Decorator will not wait for more than 30 mins
